As a part of our ongoing efforts to increase security practices at Isagenix and protect your business, we will be making system updates that may have an effect on how you log in to the Associate Back Office (ABO).
What are the updates?
- As of 9 March 2019 when logging in to the ABO, Associates will not be able to use their personal Isagenix website name for their Username log in credentials. Associates will need to use a unique Username that does not match an existing member Isagenix website site name in order to log in to the ABO.
- As of 9 March 2019 Associates will no longer be able to use their Member ID# as their Username credential to log in to the ABO.
On 26 January 2019 upon logging into the ABO, security validation will check to see if your username matches your personal Isagenix website site name or if you are using your Member ID# as your Username credential. If either scenario applies, you will receive a prompt to change your username at that time and will be directed to follow the link provided to make the necessary change in the ‘MyAccount’ area of the ABO. While this isn’t immediately required, we are encouraging you to make this change as soon as possible to avoid any future interruptions to accessing your Isagenix account. You will continue to receive this prompt upon log in until you update your Username credentials.
As of 9 March 2019, upon logging into the ABO if your username matches your personal Isagenix website name, you will be required to change your username in order to continue to access the ABO. To make the change, you will be given a prompt that gives you access to update your Username credentials. Once Username credentials are updated, you will be given full access to the ABO to perform personal and business activities.
If you are using your Member ID# as your Username credential a prompt will appear letting you know Isagenix Member ID#’s are no longer accepted as Username credentials. You will be prompted to enter the Username and Password associated with your account. If you have forgotten your Username you will be given a prompt to retrieve your Username by entering the e-mail address associated with your Isagenix account and your Username will be sent to you. If the e-mail entered is not associated with your Isagenix account you will have the opportunity to enter an alternative e-mail address or call Customer Care to retrieve the Username associated with your account.
