She had been breastfeeding her daughter and was very mindful that she was eating enough in order to provide for her daughter. Yuliya was very particular about what she ate and made sure she was eating nutrition‐rich food. Unfortunately, she also developed a liking and craving for sweet foods which resulted in her gaining 15 kilograms post-pregnancy.

Yuliya had to wear a corset to hide her bulging tummy. “Friends would ask if I was pregnant again,” she says. “It was so embarrassing and frankly, it was very depressing especially when I compared myself to friends who were also mothers yet they were slender.”

Yuliya had put herself on different diets for some time and included some light exercise in her daily routine, but her efforts did not help her reduce her weight or cravings. “My life-changing moment came when my husband coaxed me into joining him on the Isagenix Program,” Yuliya recalls. “I started the Program and followed the Shake Days and Cleanse Days. I began to lose inches off my waist and saw my clothes become baggy and loose. I measured over and over again in disbelief! It was so unreal!”

In subsequent weeks, she noticed that she was able to wake up in the early mornings with ease because she was able to rest better at night and was having better quality sleep. She noticed that her craving for sweet foods were gone with the help of the nutritional snacks provided in the Isagenix Program. Week after week, she was enjoying more time in the gym and exercising more in her favorite activity, Zumba!

At the end of the system, she no longer had to hide her tummy behind a corset. She was even able to fit back into her favorite dress after releasing 7.8 kilograms which was very near her pre-pregnancy weight! She also managed to lose 5.7% body fat.

“With my renewed health and fitness, I am motivated to start teaching ballet again soon,” says Yuliya. “I also just recently received certification to become a fitness nutrition specialist. I now have more confidence and my hope is to help others and be an example to my ballet students.”
